Power Prompter 3.0.1

Improvements:

New setting that determines how many lines to scroll with one key press in manual scroll mode.
Scroll line up/down shortcuts are now usable from the editor window.
Power Prompter can now react to key presses even when it is not the active application.
New default teleprompter key bindings: W and S to increase/decrease scrolling speed.
