How many licenses do I need?

Usually only one. The software is licensed per concurrent user. So solo designers will need just one license.

Most teams, too. Provided the app is only used by one member/employee at a time.

Is there any catch to the money back guarantee?

No. It’s as we say: If you don’t like ColorSquid for whatever reason you can return it within 90 days of your purchase. We will instantly refund you 100% of the money you paid. No questions asked!

What payment options do you accept?

Our payment processor accepts all major credit cards, PayPal and depending on where you are from checks, wire transfers, purchase orders and other local payment methods.

Please note that you will receive your license only once the payment clears. So check payments or wire transfers might take longer. If you want to receive your license instantly please use credit card or PayPal.

Can I transfer my license? (Sell it once I don’t need it anymore).

Yes. We support that. Just send us an email with your order details (email address, name, registraton key) and the data of the new owner and we will re-assign the license to the person you sold it to. Please note that your original license will become invalid so you won’t be able to use ColorSquid anymore until you buy a new license.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. If you need more than 10 licenses please contact us.
