Power Node FAQ

What are the system requirements?

Power Node requires macOS 13 (Ventura) or later to run. If your Mac runs macOS Ventura or later you will be able to run Power Node. There are no special hardware requirements.

Is Power Node a one-time purchase?

Yes, Power Node is classic buy-to-own software. You pay only once and then own Power Node. There is no subscription fee or any other recurring charges.

How about updates?

We believe in a fair update policy: you get all updates for free. There is no withholding of features to upsell you on a paid upgrade—you simply receive all updates at no cost.

We believe the market is large enough for us to attract new customers rather than "milking" existing ones.

Can I install Power Node on multiple Macs?

Yes, you can install Power Node on as many Macs as you own. There is no artifical limitation in place.

The Mac App Store version is also family-sharing enabled. You can share your Power Node purchase with all your family members for free.

Has the Full Version more features than the Trial Version?

No. The trial version is feature complete. Its only limitation is that it stops working after 30 days and you will have to purchase a license to continue using Power Node.

Please do not buy the full version hoping that a feature you can't find in the trial is included with the full version. It is not. If you miss something crucial from the trial version do not buy the full version! Instead contact us and let us know that there's a feature you'd like to see added to Power Node.

Will Power Node run on an iPad or Android or Windows?

No at this time. Power Node is exclusive to the Mac for the time beinng. Though we're working on an iOS version for the iPhone and iPad.

Android and Windows are not supported and we don't have any plans to support these platforms. But you can still export and import files compatbile with Windows/Android software.
