How many licenses do I need?

Most developers and teams will need only one license. If you buy a license for your business every employee/team member can use it.

Generally speaking each separate legal entity will need its own license. If you manage multiple iTunes accounts under your own name you will need only one license. If you manage accounts for different legal entities you will require one license for each entity.

Please note that we do not perform any forms of DRM/copy protection checks to enforce these licensing rules. So we're relying on our customers being honset.

Has the Full Version more features than the Trial Version?

No. The trial version is feature complete. Its only limitation is that it stops working after 14 days and you will have to purchase a license to continue using Suborbital Reports.

Please do not buy the full version hoping that a feature you can’t find in the trial is included with the full version. It is not. If you miss something crucial from the trial version do not buy the full version! Instead contact us and let us know that there’s a feature you’d like to see added to Suborbital Reports.

Can I transfer my license? (Sell it once I don’t need it anymore).

Yes. We support that. Just send us an email with your order details (email address, name, registraton key) and the data of the new owner and we will re-assign the license to the person you sold it to. Please note that your original license will become invalid so you won’t be able to use Suborbital Reports anymore until you buy a new license.

What payment options do you accept?

Our payment processor accepts all major credit cards, PayPal and depending on where you are from checks, wire transfers, purchase orders and other local payment methods.

Please note that you will receive your license only once the payment clears. So check payments or wire transfers might take longer. If you want to receive your license instantly please use credit card or PayPal.

Is there any catch to the money back guarantee?

No. It’s as we say: If you don’t like Suborbital Reports for whatever reason you can return it within 90 days of your purchase. We will instantly refund you 100% of the money you paid. No questions asked!
