A few days ago we pushed Power Prompter 1.4.1 to our users. Here’s a quick overview what that update was about:
New features:
- An option to set the start behavior of Power Prompter: “Create a new script” (the default behavior), “Open the most recently used script” or “Do nothing”.
- An option to set default control visibility in new teleprompter windows. You can now tell Power Prompter to open new teleprompter windows with hidden controls by default.
Both settings can be found in the preferences panel under the “General” tab.
One change in default behavior:
- Power Prompter will now display the “Contact Support” button in its title bar by default to make it easier for new customers to contact us. You can disable this button in the preferences panel under the “Help & Support” tab.
Bugfix:
- The “Scrolling in Editor also scrolls Teleprompter Windows” setting now correctly persist between app launches.
The update is now available to our direct users. Mac App Store users will receive it with our next scheduled MAS update!
